MN Resilience Program

A psychological resilience intervention designed to mitigate the effects of COVID-19 fatigue on health-care workers (that can be applied more generally). The first component is the one-on-one Battle Buddy system, which pairs individuals based on clinical areas of practice, responsibilities, experience, seniority, and life circumstances. The second component provides access to mental health consultants.
